Agreement between the user and Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters (BOS.)
Welcome to Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters. BOS. website (the "Website") and its links are operated by Bosgaurus Coffee Corporation and provided to you under the condition of your acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions, and other notices contained herein (the "Terms"). When accessing and using Bosgaurus website, your consent of those terms is given. Please read them carefully, and keep a copy for reference.
A. Instructions for using the website.
Visit the BOS. store or send an email to BOS. establishment of electronic communications. You agree to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, etc. that we provide to you electronically meet the requirements for written communication.

Only BOS. may assign or transfer the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without restriction. These terms will bind and benefit the parties and successors. BOS. will not knowingly collect, online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you can use BOS. with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, labor relations, or agency exists between you and BOS. as a result of this agreement or the use of the website. The representation of BOS. of this agreement reflects applicable laws and legal processes, and nothing contained in this agreement impedes the rights of BOS. to comply with the government, court, and law enforcement or processes related to your use of the website, or information provided or collected by BOS. for that use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid by law, or unenforceable including, but not limited to, a waiver of warranty liability and the foregoing limitations, then the erroneous or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced with enforceable and valid ones. The remaining provisions of the old terms and the remaining agreements will continue to be in force.
Except as specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and BOS., and it supersedes all communications and offers before or at the same time, whether electronic, oral, or handwritten, between the user and BOS. for the website.
