A. Scope of application.
Deliveries can be made to all provinces and cities across the country.
B. Delivery – time of receipt.
After receiving and processing any order, it will be delivered within 24 hours or on schedule, depending on the exact delivery address.
Hence, for customers living in remote provinces, the expected delivery time is 3-5 days from the time of the order’s receipt. However, under extraordinary conditions, such as bad weather, road construction, strikes, etc., deviations from the delivery schedule may occur.
The delivery time is defined as the period starting from the receipt of the order and ending with the receipt of the goods by the customer.
Invoices for the order of goods can be requested at any time; thus, when physically purchasing goods at the store, during the delivery process, or after the receipt of the goods. Invoices will be sent by email to the customer, or if specially requested by mail.
C. Method of delivery.
