A. Warranty Policy


Bosgaurus products, in principle, do not have any warranty.


 


1.Warranty conditions.


In case of any technical malfunctions, e.g. for defects within the production stage, a warranty does exist and is issued.


If a warranty claim exists, goods must possess a product stamp of bosgaurus and a corresponding receipt must be presented.


For defects, such as breakage, fire and/or water damage, and similar, are not covered by the warranty.


 


2. Instructions for claiming warranty.

B. Return Policy


 


1. Scope of application.


In the event of defects resulting during manufacture and/or delivery, the return must take place within 12 hours of receipt of the goods.


 


2. Return conditions for packaged coffee products.


Packaged products must be returned within 7 days from the date of request. Thereby, the original packaging and product label must be presented. Any product only can be returned once.


Products that fail to be returned within the corresponding period, are no more subject to the right of return, reimbursement, and indemnification.
